Return Eligibility

You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and invoices are included.
  • The item is not damaged or assembled.

Non-Returnable Products

  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper assembly.
  • Items not returned in their original packaging.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • It may take up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • If payment was made via mobile banking or card, the refund will be sent to the same source.

Shipping & Pickup Charges

Return shipping or pickup charges may apply unless the product was defective or an incorrect item was delivered. Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, cancellation may not be possible, especially for customized orders. To request a cancellation, email us immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the product. We will assess and resolve it quickly through repair, replacement, or refund.
